Time Tracker by ARS Privacy Policy

Advanced Radiology Services operates the Time Tracker mobile app, and the Time Tracker website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of both the Application and the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for informing and improving Time Tracker. By using the site or mobile app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personally identifiable information in Time Tracker is defined as your phone number, email, status as an APP or Doctor, health systems in which you most often work, IP address, device name, operating system version, browser, browser version, and geographic location.

• Contacting you when a problem with Time Tracker has been resolved
• Helping us be HIPAA compliant by using place-of-read
• Customizing your list of health systems by frequency of use
• Customizing your list of service types by your role as APP or Doctor
